The product puts the ceramic materials together with steel with some special technologies, and has a steel framework and an anti-abrasive ceramic coating. It is suitable for special working conditions like corrosions caused by impact of some high-speed particles in electric, petrochemical industries. The product characterizes the anti-abrasive, anti-corrosion, long life, convenient maintenance and economy.

The ceramic coating mainly adopts some engineering ceramics with its ingredient, AL203, is no less than 95 percent. It is also made into various shapes of ceramics, some of which are shown in Fig.22-1,22-2, and 22-3, to be suitable for various technologies of steel composite ceramics. See the Form 22-1 and 22-2 for ingredients and specification of special anti-abrasive ceramics.
