XQR Series Fixed Gas Burner |
| |
a.Description
This type of burner is designed to light off high flash-point, poorly-atomized fuel oil that is difficult to ignite directly with HEA spark rod. The burner incorporates a gas torch in its guide tube to form a 3-level ignition. The spark rod lights off the gas torch first, then the gas torch lights off the oil gun, and the oil gun in turn, lights the pulverized coal. The XQR series burner consists of gas torch, spark rod and flame detector. The components are integrated in parallel in one guide tube and fixed to the furnace wall by means of mounting flange without retractable mechanism. So this design features simplified structure. When ignition, the gas torch flame length is adequate enough to light the oil gun. See Fig. 8-4 for burner structure and dimension.
