The XJY rich-lean coal fired burner is an alteration of coal-fired nozzle. This design has the following freatures : * Rich /lean seperator * V-shaped flame stablizer * Cooling air pipe* Spark rod * Small oil gun(200Kg/h) * Nozzle over-heat alarm system * Anti-abrasive ceramic tiles embedded in wearing surface. The operation principle goes as follows: In the cold furnace condition, the spark rod light off the oil gun, After the oil gun flame is stabilized, the coal powder nozzle is put into service, forming an oil-coal mixed firing for boiler warm-up. . This warm-up procedure saves large amount of fuel oil compared with the conventional In case of poor-quality pulverized coal or unstable firing under50%load and lower, the rich-lean seperator is enabled to thicken the pulverized coal and stablizes the firing though V-typed flame stablizer without oil supply. When the boiler load is high, the rich-lean seperator serves as an adjustcr to control heat circulating intensity by adjusting centrol cooling proper measures to be taken to protec the nozzle. The wearing portion of the burner is lined with high-temperature anti-abrasive ceramics to have a longer service life.
