This series comes in into three categories according to the fuel used. They are gas firing series, oil firing series and oil /gas mixed series. They are used master nozzles of medium and small-sized boilersin petrochemical, power, construction material and mechanical industries and heat supply of hotels, householda and restaurants. We provide different burners, automatic ignition devices, flame safeguards, oil supply sysem and air fan for the burner according to the customers requirements..

XRQ-11Basic Configuration Burner This model is configurated according to specific customers’ requirements. Fig.8-7 shows the basic configurition of the oil burner .Fig.8-3 shows the burner output ranges.

XRQ-12 Automatic Combustor

The XRQ-12automatic combustor is an intelligent product integrating ignition, firing and flame safeguard all in one body. It is suitable to small boilers .See Table 8-4 for technical data.

XRQ-22 Self-Suck Gas Burner

This design makes use of dynamic fuel jet energy and negative furnace pressure to induct air flow required for combustion. Therefore it need no air fan. The firing is of external mix type that features reliable combustion and high turndown ratio.

This series is for use mainly with patrochemical heaters that use natural gas and high-pressure refinery gas as its fuel. The firing type is bottom-up or side-wall combustion

XRQ-23 High-pressure Cyclone Gas Burner

This model uses high pressure gas, refinery gas and natural gas as its fuel gas. It is applicable to industrial and utility boilers as well as kilns that requires stable firing and high turndown ratio. A retractable spark rod and pilot flame located in the central tube ensures a reliable ignition and longer spark rod service life.
