Fuel Oil System Fast-stop Valve

Meeting the anti-explosive codes and requirements of boiler fuel oil system, main oil pipe and every oil corner shall be equipped with fast-stop valves. Considering various working conditions, We present oil system fast-stop valve, through over ten years consistent development and improvement, which takes functions of high quality, good applicability and easy remote-controlling.

Three-Function Valve(XSF)

Description and produced with our patent technology(National Patent No:90216675.1),XSF Series three-function valve is a kind of special style valve which is used to control oil filling, oil stop and furnace purge before and after oil filling for meeting boiler burner operation requirements in power station. Its working principle is shown as Figure 7-1.As the valve stem is at the top, steam inlet and oil inlet are at the closed position, namely stop position, where both steam and oil are cut off. As the valve stem is at the middle position, called purge position, steam passes through steam inlet and goes out from the steam outlet and oil outlet to complete the action of purge. As the stem is at the bottom, named oil filling position, purge air inlet is closed while air inlet and oil inlet are open. Moreover, gas and oil go its own outlet respectively. One three-function valve can be in lieu of oil valve, atomized air valve and purge valve in the steam(air)atomized oil gun system. In mechanical atomized oil gun system, atomized air inlet of three-function valve is closed, thus make the valve function as both oil valve and purge valve. The valve that can be automatically controlled reduces the basic costs and makes much more front-furnace space.

Three-function valve, as per its driving manner, is categorized into two(2) groups: pneumatic and electric. Pneumatic three-function valve consists of pneumatic head , valve body, limit switch, etc. Pneumatic head realizes the three positions of the valve, i.e.stop position, purge position, firing position, by powering upon different solenoid valves coils. Limit switches shall emit the signalsfor all corresponding positions. Electric three-function valve consists of electric head (motor, decelerator), valve body, limit switch, etc.Electric head drives the valve stem to realize three positions of valves, i.e. stop position, purge position, firing position. Limit switches shall emit the signals for all positions. As the motor is powered off, the three function valve shall stop at its corresponding position.

Electric and pneumatic three-function valves are both applicable for mechanical atomized and steam atomized oil gun systems which take light oil, heavy oil and residual oil as fuel oil. See the following form for lectotype.
