The XTV-1 industrial is used to monitor the flame in the boiler while the XTV-2 is for monitoring the level in steam manifold of the boiler. XTV-1 system is composed of camera, cable, monitor, cooling system,actuator and local control cabinet (fig.10-1).It is important monitoring equipment for burring of the boiler. The camera in the high-temperature-proof ceramic tube is put into the boiler by the actuator in the cooling air. It detects the flame and transmits the signal to the monitor in the center control room . The operators can observe the whole course of the boiler¡¯s running. If the cooling system does work, the camera can be extracted automatically.
XTV-2 system consists of camera, cable, monitor and cooling system. It detects its water level. It sends the signal to the monitor in the center control room.
